The High Court has upheld the decision of the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government to approve proposals for a 1.3m sq.ft logistics park at Hartland Park, near Fleet.
The High Court dismissed a challenge to the original decision brought by local residents group SPLAT (Stop Pyestock bLot Act Today).
NLP Director Hugh Scanlon commented, "We welcome the decision by the High Court and look forward to working closely with the Council on the delivery of this strategically important employment development. The site is the largest allocated employment site in Hart and this development will deliver in excess of 1600 jobs to the District".
