NLP is one of a small number of consultancies with RTPI Learning Partner status in recognition of our commitment to training and development at all levels.
Our Graduates and Planners are mentored by colleagues at Senior Planner level and above to assist them in successfully completing their APC and achieving chartered status. We run seminars to help those in the RTPI’s APC process, and we also fully support RICS (Planning and Development) APC.
Our active Training Plan ensures our professionals continually extend their skills and knowledge-base and our MENTOR initiative provides on-going career development support for staff at all levels.

NLP’s calendar of social events is busy and varied, with seasonal socials and “unofficial” events in between. These events have involved dragon boat racing, waterskiing and horse racing along with quiz evenings and wine tasting. We also arrange weekend study tours and team building events for the whole company.
